We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing apartment! It was wonderfully private yet still right in the heart of everything. Despite what other reviews may say, we didn't encounter any issues at all. The fan worked perfectly for me, even though I get really hot easily. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. Yes, there were a couple of small cockroaches, but let's be real, you're in Tenerife where they're a common sight. It's pointless to complain about them. Plus, it only takes a quick mop and some cleaning products to keep the apartment tidy. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the stunning beaches, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The pool bar owners were super friendly and always ready to assist. We especially loved the second pool, which was much quieter and practically empty, giving us a private pool experience. The fact that the TV had English channels was a pleasant surprise. We had absolutely no problems and would highly recommend this place!

I always stay at this fantastic place in Playa de las Americas. The staff even helped me print my boarding pass at my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, kitchen utensils, TV, laundry, express check-in. I'm coming back for Christmas! No regrets!

I had a great time staying at this studio at a popular complex with a heated pool. It felt very private but also in the mix of things. the beds were really comfy, and I didn't notice any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. the fan worked well, even for someone like me who gets really hot. There were a few small cockroaches, but that's to be expected in Tenerife. It only took a couple of minutes to tidy up the apartment using the mop and cleaning products provided. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. the pool bar owners were friendly and helpful, and we had the second pool mostly to ourselves. the TV had English channels, which was a nice bonus. I had no problems whatsoever during my stay. Cons: Nothing to be said. 👍.

Loved the free parking and the balcony, like I'm going to bring my own parking space with me. Also, they had a bar because who doesn't want to have a cocktail in their own apartment?

Oh, and let's not forget the wonderful tile/marble floor, because slipping and falling is so much fun.

Heated pool is a bonus for a January visit.
